Privacy Policy

This policy describes how FleetPulse(“the platform”) handles information for the software product and its marketing site.

Operator accounts and workspace data

When your organization uses the platform, we store account details (name, email), your organization's workspace configuration, and the operational data your organization brings into the platform (machines, locations, products, inventory, transaction records, and alerts). This data belongs to your organization and is isolated from other customers' workspaces.

What we do not do

• We do not sell customer data.
• We do not use one customer's operational data to benefit another customer.
• We do not run advertising trackers in the application.

Cookies

The application uses a strictly necessary session cookie for authentication. The marketing pages set no advertising or analytics cookies.

Security

Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. Sessions are validated server-side and expire automatically. Access within a workspace is controlled by roles.
