These terms govern use of the FleetPulse website and application.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Organization owners and administrators control who has access to their workspace.

Your data

Operational data your organization brings into the platform remains your organization's. We process it to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other customers' data, disrupting the service, or reverse-engineering it except where the law permits.

Service changes

The platform is under active development; features may change. We will communicate material changes to paying customers in advance where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform's liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
